All the tower's little watchmens
The tower is bustling with activities, small men, stick figure men, are running up ans down the central spiral staircase, which is in fact all the tower is made of. Except some small rooms sticking out like warts on the giant tower, the spiral stair case make up all of the towers interior. And they are running along the stairs, up and down, down and up. With papers. The papers needs to be put in the right pile.
The One Who Saw nearly dropped his paper when he saw the giant brown albatross. The sun glimmering between the feathers, and the wing beat was slow ans powerful. Majestic.
